I fill the seat: strategy and decision-making plus hands-on delivery. A set number of days each month, working the same problems a full-time hire would.

A defined project with a start and an end — a migration, an integration, a reporting build — that doesn't warrant an ongoing retainer. Common for PE-backed operators or any organization that needs a temporary technical resource.

Pre-acquisition: evaluate a target's IT environment and flag integration risk before the deal closes. Post-acquisition: hands-on execution integrating an acquired chain's platform into the buyer's systems. I can run the full engagement myself or plug in alongside your team or another firm already on the deal.
